Provenance Tags (“we”, “us”) is an AI-native deep-tech company based at Fruebjergvej 3, 2100 København, Denmark, and the data controller for this website. We keep data collection to a minimum and process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking. We don’t profile you or fingerprint your device. Our servers keep only short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and request time) to operate and secure the site; these aren’t used to identify you and are rotated out automatically.
The AI concierge
The “Ask AI” assistant helps you scope a project. Your messages are sent to our language-model provider solely to generate a reply — not to advertise to you or build a profile. The assistant does not ask for your name or email and works fine without them, so please don’t enter sensitive personal data. A brief only leaves your browser if you choose to send it (via the “Send to team” button or by emailing us) — at which point we receive your email address because you sent it.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us. If you email us, call, or forward a brief, we receive the details you include (such as your name, email, company and message) so we can respond and, where relevant, deliver services. We don’t collect anything else about you.
Why, and on what basis
We process this data to respond to your enquiry, to provide and improve our services, to meet legal and contractual obligations, and to keep our systems secure. Our legal bases are your consent (when you contact us), the performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in running a secure, effective business.
Sharing
We never sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate — for example website hosting, our language-model gateway, and email — under appropriate safeguards, and where required by law.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and request portability. To exercise any of these, email nhs@provenance-tags.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
